What is Evaluating What Matters:Using Data for Insights and Impact?
Evaluating What Matters: Using Data for Insight and Impact is a four-part, half-day interactive workshop designed to help Southern Nevada nonprofits strengthen their ability to collect, manage, analyze, and use data to improve programs and demonstrate impact. Through a blend of practical instruction and hands-on learning, participants will apply concepts directly to their own programs and existing data.
The workshop covers key topics such as data collection and management, program evaluation design, measurement strategies, data visualization, and storytelling. Participants will learn how to define meaningful outcomes, identify appropriate indicators, develop practical evaluation plans, and use data to inform decision-making and communicate results effectively.
Who Should Apply?
This workshop is designed for nonprofit professionals responsible for program outcomes, impact measurement, reporting, or data management.

Grant Managers and Grant Writers responsible for funder reporting, outcomes measurement, and demonstrating impact
